As Disposition Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of property dispositions for Elite Rental Properties. You'll work directly with the founding team to maximize asset value, forge key investor relationships, and shape how we grow our portfolio from the ground floor.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate, property sales, or asset management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and property values
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- CRM or deal tracking experience preferred
Key Duties
- Manage and disposition rental properties and real estate assets
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, investors, and partners
- Analyze property values and market conditions to maximize returns
- Coordinate with operations and property management teams
- Track and close deals using CRM systems
- Develop disposition strategies aligned with company growth goals
Compensation
This is a co-founder opportunity. All roles begin as contracted, commission-based positions — you are building this company alongside the founding team. Upon activation of company payroll, all co-founder roles will transition to hourly compensation. Equity in your contribution starts now.

As Operations Specialist, you will be the backbone of Elite Rental Properties' internal systems. You'll design workflows, maintain processes, and coordinate the team — building a scalable operation from the ground up alongside the founding team.
Requirements
- Background in business operations, project management, or administration
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in digital tools (Google Workspace, project management software)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote/startup environment
Key Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operational workflows and systems
- Create and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Coordinate between departments and team members
- Manage vendor relationships and service providers
- Track KPIs and report on operational performance
- Support onboarding of new team members and contractors

As Property Manager, you will be the direct point of contact for tenants and properties within the Elite Rental Properties portfolio. You'll ensure every property operates smoothly, every tenant is cared for, and every unit generates maximum value for the company.
Requirements
- Experience in property management or real estate preferred
- Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and lease agreements
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Organized with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
Key Duties
- Oversee tenant relations, lease renewals, and move-in/move-out processes
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor work orders
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance
- Collect and track rental payments and follow up on delinquencies
- Market vacant units and screen prospective tenants
- Maintain accurate records for each managed property
